I think TETRA already uses that system. I could be wrong. Are they changing the grading at the academy like they are at the facilities? And are they making the evals easier?

Where they can give “bonus points” or whatever?I think TETRA already uses that system. I could be wrong.
Apparently tetra is a lot harder and if you don't pass the tetra course, but still get above a 60; you'll get offered a level 6 or below facility.I think TETRA already uses that system. I could be wrong.
New hires from the N90 bid and the internal N90 bid.So who is getting sent to TETRA? New hires don't go to facilities that high, although maybe some previous experience hires.
So are you saying you can ERR and get selected to a 10-12 facility, get selected, and then go to the Academy and not pass and get sent elsewhere?
How is your list looking?14/17 passed today.
That’s like the best list of all timeList for class that evals monday and Tuesday in order.
Miami, Houston, Cleveland, Minneapolis, 2 Indianapolis, Kansas City, Fort Worth, Chicago, Boston, 2 Oakland, 2 Los Angeles, Boston, Miami, Houston, and 2 Anchorage alternatives
Non radar doesn’t mean anything. 66 of your 100 points come from radar evals. You can probably guess 90% of the people who are and aren’t going to pass. Gotta watch out for the wild cards.
It’s where your entire fou dation for radar comes from.it doesn’t mean anything until you need .1% after radar evals to pass. With 66% you don’t pass academy, I think non radar might be even more meaningful than radar. Having the best possible score in non radar gives you assurances. You can 0 one of the 3 radar evals and still be in the game. Your mind set is very different going into radar knowing you have some leverage. “You can’t win it in non radar, but you can definitely lose it”
