Fatigue MOU application

Buddy, you have been in the agency less than 5 years. Just shut the fuck up already.
You’re just salty I saw through the union that early into my career while you’ve been in longer than 5 years and are still drinking the kool aid. I assume you’ve been in longer than 5 years at least. I have better things to do than go through your old posts and track that.

That's hilarious. Dude was still in training in 2022, comes in talking a bunch of shit. 🤡
I was at my second facility training in 2022. So that doesn’t mean much.

I also certified, transferred, and started training at my second facility in 2022. So my statement still applies.

Honestly, I had a long response typed out to you but it’s just not worth it. Trying to convince someone so stuck in their ways like you is like trying to herd cats. Nothing productive ever happens.

I can’t speak to national trends, but of those I know in my region that have filed 1188s, it’s the younger controllers with less than 10 years in. The union will not survive on the die hards that are forced to retire soon.

15 yrs and turned my shit in. I’m financially on a good path but it’s the principle; fuck the Union for stabbing us in the back, we were betrayed

Nick daniels and NATCA: “CONTROLLERS!!!”

Because you washed out of your first?

Dude was trying to ERR as a developmental if that tells you anything.
I usually like to look a little bit deeper with why someone would do that. My first facility was a level 6 up/down with a 60% checkout rate that I felt was pretty toxic, and I ERR’d out to a level 6 VFR tower (this was pre-NCEPT) because I knew I’d have to do it to get certified. That decision saved my career, and I wouldn’t judge anyone doing a similar path.
