Hardships

Tell that to my ATM lol. Mine found numerous places to “treat” my wife. I asked for these places so I could inquire, aka not have to hardship. I was told “no.” I followed up with an email and the one place he called was a 24/7 on-call nurse and not a doctor, physician, specialist, etc. So much for due diligence and taking lengthy doctors’ notes seriously. Gotta love it.

Randomly blaming and holding them accountable to the CBA are two different things.
They’re not the approving authority and it’s improper to say anything beyond yes or no to whether it fits A99

Get a lawyer or write a congressmission
Employment lawyers won’t touch it since it’s federal. Labor lawyers who deal with this kind of stuff are rare. Most law firms that slap “employment law” are just using it as fluff for bottom of the barrel cases. Trust me, I’ve researched every avenue. I’m straight up SOL.

Who is the current national hardship rep a trainee is asking I can't figure it out in directory on union site

The lengths people go to get out of facilities these days.

On a serious note I tried to find who it was but could only find the regional representatives if you want those.

There is no national hardship rep. The contract leaves final determination at the RVP and the director of the service area or their designees (the regional hardship rep.). Someone above incorrectly stated that the regional rep doesn't make final determination, and they do.

I thought the Agency has ultimate say (per what everyone has told me). But, of course, NATCA has their dicks in everything.
