Night Diff at the Academy

Looking at my Leave and Earnings Statements from Initial Tower and RTF, I did not receive night differential pay while at the academy. I’ll be returning to the academy for TSEW and curious if I should expect the extra 10% while on nights? If not, why?

You don’t get it as a non-BUE, so it wouldn’t apply before you graduated Initial and reported to your facility. You should get it going forward when you head back to OKC as a NATCA member.

I was a BUE when I returned for RTF.

Just need to make sure whoever is submitting that information back at your facility knows you’re on nights. Just returned from RTF and worked 3 weeks of nights. Got all my differentials.
