My area votes overwhelmingly in favor of our stupid schedule every year. You're just making excuses.

Four facilities in and all have welcomed people to put forward alternate schedules and members are polled to see if there is enough interest. Generally you don’t vote because that would include non members I believe.

I worked 4 10s for a couple of years, but that was a decade ago.

At my facility(FSS), any dues paying member can put forth a schedule, and dues paying members vote for their favorite. We're on straight schedules. 6 of the 14 lines are 4 10s. Days off are tricky, but I don't know how every facility hasn't voted that rotating crap out.
