I’ve never been at a facility where they do bbqs at work. Always somewhere offsite and rarely.

Cus Natca will make it worse for everyone because they don’t want 1 non member to get 1 rib. So it’s 0 ribs for everyone to make it fair

We do area bbq’s at work. Not NATCA related though, just organized by individuals in the area

My first facility had a Sunday night dinner where everyone brought in an ingredient and someone would get off position for a few hours to cook. But same as you, it wasn’t Natca.
