How did TPA get a category 1 gain if they are well above the 90% threshold projected to target?

I honestly don't even know anything about it. Never heard of it so that would make sense. Does suck someone busting their ass at a high speed level 7-9 tower didn't get the opportunity.
What do you mean by taking 30 years to make up for the transfers? Just the loss of CPCs to the MOU locations taken from otherwise short facilities?

1 center controller moved outside of this MOU. Now the other centers that can’t release lost a dozen people. The math isn’t good.

When I got out of CTI LAX was still taking a lot of people off the street. A lot didn't make it but guess what, a lot did. You have no idea what kind of controller the MFD person is pal.

Congrats to all the 12 year people!
Double check to see if they are requesting a new security clearance. I didn’t know anything about it bc the request was sent to my FAA email. I had to resubmit finger prints too. If not then I would just email the HR rep.
How do we look up seniority outside our own facility?

Natca.org
Organization tab on the NATCA site and then "Directory". You can go to any facility and see their members list and then click on people to see their history. Or you can search individual names and look people up.

I thought one of the stipulations to be classified as a category 1 release is that the facility you are trying to ERR to (the gaining facility) has to be below 90% to target. So how did the person get released as cat 1 if Tampa is above that 90%?
If you are at a facility that doesn’t release people consistently your options are quit (reapply maybe), bid one of the MOU facilities, or homestead. There will be a constant stream of people bidding the MOU facilities and you are unlikely to release anytime soon.
