I will never understand this shit. We are well over TSL, projected well over TSL with a handful of trainees to finish. No outbounds, and a selection would not take us below the TSL. Yet it says 0 Primary Releases??? WTF?!

I'm not disagreeing that it's a ton of words thrown in and all these formulas to come up with these releases. Look at TMB for example, as it's the highest staffed facility currently (by %), that has 0 primary releases available. At first, it makes NO sense why a facility that is 112% staffed, can't release anyone. But do some digging and you can see why. They already have 4 people committed outbound which drops their % down to 88.2% then. Losing one more person would then drop them below the TSL. Somehow, it actually checks out that it's correct that they can't release anyone.

You can see the formulas on the excel file and trace all the columns out to find out EXACTLY how they get the answers they get but it's so convoluted to do it. Probably using an AI program would help break it down but still, it shouldn't be this complicated. I'm guessing, your facility is probably in the same boat as TMB or something like it.
