MFs on here ranked 49th think they ain't get it cuz NCEPT. Same people that rank you are the ones that would select you under the old system. And the lists under the old system were more competitive because all those qualified controllers stuck at 9 tracons were eligible for release.

I’m not upset about the levels picked up etc. more that DFW could pick up 1 with a target of 5. They picked up 2. Why not give a core facility 3 more from places that are CAT 1? Same thing happened at IAH. 1 with possible 3, but got all 3 as a lower priority.

It used to be when you started, go to a level 7 updown...not it’s go to a level 5, certify ASAP and go to a level 12 within a year. Paradigm shift.
