@Omegahare was the man last panel. Updated everyone on the eligible ERRs to all the heavy hitters
ATM at my facility is the nicest guy in America. But I probably won't be requesting access to the lists for the whole top 15 this time. I don't want to push it and my personal interest is much more narrow this round because I was actually selected last round and we need my wife to be selected by 1 specific facility this time before the window closes indefinitely after September. Been a real "relaxed" atmosphere passed few months in my house...

Looks the PPT isn't working anymore... it's just blank like they're updating it or something. Spin the wheel of fortune wheel and see what other rules/policy we'll make up before this panel this time

PPT isn't working? The ncept priority list has been down since last week, but you said PPT link is down, too?

You might be right I couldn't seem to fine the PPT either but just my observations this place seems to update the second the FAAs or NATCAs site updates
The PPT on this site is the most recent one. It shows the total number each facility is eligible to release based on the 85% rule.

So if SWB was not correct, ATM still refuses to update because he thinks it's not his job and won't be correct before panel I'm assuming since we are this far.

RVP and FacRep are putting together a grievance but that won't do anything because next panel we will be below numbers, am I right on this?

Anybody get the NCEPT facility priority list spreadsheet to work? Wouldn't pull up on the KSN it was all blank today.

I think I may be missing something, but which column has the number of people listed that a facility is able to release on the PPT?
Column AP. Click column Z, hold shift, click column AR, right click, select unhide. You guys can release 1.

At this point, I would say you're out of luck, especially if the RVP says he can't do anything for you. To be honest, I don't know what type of outcome a grievance would accomplish because it's not directly linked to one individual. It would, however, shine a light on your ATM for not doing his job, but that's little consolation for you guys. That sucks man.
If you'd like to forward to your ATM, the SWB portal is located here...
https://aapasp2.faa.gov/portal/page/portal/ATOApplicationPortal
...and the ERR SOP states this...
3.1.1.The staffing workbook will be updated continuously by field air traffic control (ATC) facilities.

Thanks. Yeah it blows especially since 3 are leaving next month. I assumed the grievance would do nothing to help in the present. My Facrep just texted me the same thing. ATM gets what he wanted; not another person to leave.

I think I'll post that link, about 10,000 copies around the building with the reference. Should be fun...

Section 1, Section 9 of the ERR MOU
If as a result of a grievance being filed under this Article, the Agency agrees or an arbitrator decides that an employee was improperly excluded from the best qualified list, he/she will receive priority consideration, as defined in Article 100, for the next appropriate vacancy for which he/she is qualified. If the employee is selected for the vacancy, the priority consideration will be considered to be satisfied. An appropriate vacancy is one at the same grade level, which would normally be filled by competitive procedures, or by other placement action, including outside recruitment, in the same area of consideration, and which has comparable opportunities as the position for which the employee was improperly excluded. Employees will be afforded the opportunity to utilize their priority consideration status when their facility meets the criteria established in Article 42 Section 12 (A) of this Agreement.

Definitely go ahead with the grievance but it looks like you wouldn't be able to exercise the priority consideration until you get back to Category 1 or 2 again.

Unfortunately, not applicable. Due to his ATM not updating the SWB, his facility is not eligible. Everyone at his facility that has ERR's will not be included in the manager's ranking list so you cannot tie the grievance to one singular person as you don't know which person would have been selected.
