All about the money.......I have no doubt they don't care about one persons reasons for quitting. They just replaced you with plenty of FCT controllers!

Looking at the minutes from last meeting when it addresses the next panel, what day do y'all think the SWB is pulled for the panel to use? There is a date for HR updating it then a date for it to be run? It says the 14th HR staffing workbook completed then 21 PPT executed.

Thats what I was thinking but what does the 14th HR updating workbook mean?
The Priority Placement Tool is a function of combined SWB data from HR and your facility ATM. Your ATM is primarily responsible for updating current employee counts (CPC's, Trainees, etc.) HR and Finance are responsible for the forecasting data like projected retirements (updated once a year), placement list inbounds/outbounds, etc. As the 7th is the last day to accept/decline your TOL or FOL, HR needs to correctly update their information, which by nature is less time sensitive then your ATM information. They've told us the SWB is updated just prior to executing the PPT and have stayed true to their word as your facility can attest to last panel. It's happened twice where the PPT did not accurately depict the SWB and it was rerun a few days later with the correct information.

Ok cool thanks

At least your guys' facilities are covered by NCEPT... I'm in a perpetual wait to go back to air traffic because the MOU includes my facility but doesn't include a way to determine if we can be released or not... and no idea if/when that'll come.

D10 is what you would expect it to be, busy and a lot of ot. probably a nicer area than houston, but you just cant beat the cost of living/pay combo of houston.
@mikemike could fill you in on more details

I am currently updating my resume for my ERR paperwork. What kind of references did you guys put on yours? Also, did you include non-aviation related work experience on you resume? (i.e. fast food restaurant in college, home depot, etc.)
