Yeah, but remember the whole NAS has washouts and delayed training skewing their #. N90 is not the only place that has an inefficient training program.

We received over 100 trainees in a 9 month period and then they all almost immediately got put on covid leave. FD/CD sometimes is being rotated between 5 people who can only work fd/cd. And that’s in each area. Not total. But sure, it’s just easy to hate on N90 over everything because some dude knew someone’s cousin who washed out 6 years ago because we want to keep our overtime or because someone on the internet who has never even been to New York says it’s easy and a scam.

Sometimes shades get stuck halfway or don’t even come down so they are on order and you have to wait 9 months for them. Then because they didn’t think it through as soon as a broken one gets replaced a different one breaks and they didn’t buy any back ups. Lol

Buddy let me tell you something. There is a girl that was checked out at N90 that ???? was banging. Her name was ????. She was the worst controller our facility had ever seen. I don’t even want to hear anyone outside of the nyc sector tell me y’all are top dawg. Especially after watching that girl push planes…..

Iirc she was a trainee and never got certified but that was before my time. Also she was in ISP area.

I just asked around. She got picked up by San Juan while she was still a trainee even when no Else was able to get a release. She did get checked out a couple months before she left but was picked up well before that. Guess banging the Facrep comes with perks, hardly what I’d use as the litmus test of a facility.
