I've been following it for the past several months since I am in the academy now. I'd say roughly 10 pass per class. Whether there are 12 or 18 in the class. Seems to be roughly 10 or so pass.
Well in the first post there are several 8/18s (44%), a 5/18 (28%), and a 6/18 (33%). So yes, 61% gives me a lot more optimism than those numbers. Not to mention the previous class posted about on here passed 16/18.
It just appears there is something systemicly wrong with a pass rate that low. Given the amount of time, energy and money that goes into the whole hiring process, dropping half of your potential staffing seems absolutely insane. I'm about to go to the academy and I'm terrified by those statistics.
I mean I get that it's more expensive to have people fail in facility, but the whole thing just seems very unhealthy.
