At least we can rely on NATCA for timely updates regarding the issue. I only visit an random shit posting internet forum for fun and not for leaked info that should have been sent out as an email, posted on "members only" Facebook, or maybe the website that our dues pay for.

If you’ve been around for 15+ years you would have seen the bids with move money to regular facilities. Even during white book there were bids.
NCEPT basically killed all of them.
Granted staffing is way shittier now. So what would happen in this environment is unknown.

Before it was this bad they were sending people direct to level 11 that I know from the academy back in 2006 2007 timeframe They would have to open the flood gates again to feed 8’s and above if they wanted to stop internal movement.

Just saying, if the scare tactic is all transfers will be halted it’s a false statement. Level 8’s and above want to be fed by 7’s and below? Ok bring back bids for the 8 and 9 with some move money. There’s always a few that will take it and go. Even with that there will be some that wash.

Tomorrow is too close to the weekend and Monday is a holiday, it will be Tuesday at Noon.
They don’t care about any of that they care about total cpcs in the system. Every transfer is a lost cpc. The next politician will take over and they’ll say “how’s your staffing?” And that will be defined by 1 number. Because they have no idea what they’re doing.
It’s not a scare tactic, it’s facts.
With 10,000 CPCs, moving 100 of them is an immediate 1% reduction in the number of CPCs in the NAS. That’s the only thing the big wigs care about and the only number they like to brief out. And the narrative gets murkier when they find out a CPC from a place that’s 86% got moved to a place that’s 98%
