If you sum up 95% of the things people complain about it’s NCEPT and Pay. People can put up with more BS if just pay was fixed. The other 5% of shit including staffing is FAA hiring problem and if CRWG numbers go in effect will halt transfers for a lot longer. So we are back to pay being number one concern.
