We have been asked by management for anybody calling in sick on OT to put the request into WMT as sick leave and approve the request (of course we won’t be charged SL)… they’re wanting to track our SL on OT….

Sounds like we’re copying you guys and going to that. I took more break from naps in one year than my entire career. If this is going to be the reward for keeping the ship upright on minimal staffing and random scheduling…I’ll burn the ship down.
