The health or efficiency of the employee may be impaired, or you are fatigued? Sounds like your medical may need to be looked at.
They can review it. Only having enough gas in the tank to work your standard 40 hours isn’t a reason to pull it. “Oh no, you can only work your regular schedule”. Not only that but if they tried to say you have to be able to handle more, you could hit them with a reasonable accommodation request. Make them tell you it’s unreasonable you can only work the standard federal 40 hour work week. You’d be getting paid at the end of that adventure.
