Recently applied to some of the job announcements for the Houston area. I was wondering if i were to get selected would it be subject to NCEPT MOU. Does my current facility have to be green to let me leave? Thanks in advanced.

Yes and No, MPP bids on USAJobs can select anyone, if you're not Cat 1 or Cat 2, a waiver will be filed and needed to be approved. Over 50% of waivers are approved. If you're at ZID, you won't have any issue being released.

I believe yes you will be subject to the national release policy. The exception would be if they decide to file for a waiver for you, which isn't likely unless you bid a sup job they cannot fill.

ok thanks it was a couple TMU jobs one at the tower and 2 spots at the tracon.
