So after reading all the info from this thread, I’m kind of curious, does anyone know why places like N90, C90, and PHL are still 1,2,3 respectively on the priority NCEPT lens agreement if none of them plan to pick up on the panel? Why wouldn’t they just take them off and put other facilities higher that actually participate?

Just because they are not picking up NCEPT currently doesn't mean they still aren't facilities in great need.

I wouldn’t expect to see anything until Wednesday or potentially Thursday.

NATCA disseminated the new panel date the day it was finalized and it’s posted on the website. What type of third confirmation are you looking for?
