We haven’t had an academy grad in over 2 years at my level 7 facility. And our manning is shit, resulting in ppl being stuck to ERR to advance their career. Shit, can’t even get a deviation approved to go be a supervisor. I’m glad 99% of the line controllers here can agree the whole system is fricked. Meanwhile suits and ties at their table of commune giggle and sip lattes.

I think it's on the NCEPT page on the KSN site where there's a list of the HR contacts per region for NCEPT. I just emailed them and got email confirmations from the 5 that I emailed that they received them. Better than me trying to figure out how fax works

If say 3 of those 100 ERRs were for A80 would A80 then have to rerank all of their candidates again to include those missing ERRs? Same goes for all the other facilities that had the missing ERRs, and then they’ll continue with the NCEPT?

Correct. Many facilities will get updated ranking lists
