Shit like this is why I say the Facility of Preference article needs to be amended to allow assignment of facilities up to 3 levels higher than your current one to align with hardships. Not just facility ingrade/downgrade. That’s all but a useless article except if you’re at or above the level of a facility you want to stay at.

I FOIA’d deviations last month. They’ve decreased but still exist.
Definitely if they want people in certain places FAA still makes shit happen and NATCA turns over and lays on their back while members continue to get stuck for years.
It’s because they’ve been using Solicitation of Interest to get around it the last year
Ask your rep. In my region our NCEPT rep passes that information to facreps who pass it on to members. This is information your facrep either has or can get.
I also heard Thursday at noon. Friday at the latest.
