Dynamic decisions. For shits and giggles.Anyone know why some MOU releases are 6 months and others 12? I thought all of them were going to be Category 1, 3 months with 6 months at employee request?

MOU says you return to your prior facility. If you wash from one of these MOU places do you get a Nest list? Asking for a friend of course
The person retiring still counts for your staffing number until the day they are gone. Projected losses is nothing official, it's a number calculated based on things like potential deaths, retirements, quitting idk... but your person retiring still could for staffing. We somehow had someone here get picked up for LAS even though we have one projected retirement and another projected outbound (me). This leaves us at 73% with me and the retirement out of here. How did they not update the SWB in time? Even if they did, do they just not give a fuck and are picking people up randomly? Makes me feel bad for people that are at facilities with percentages in the low 80’s and can’t leave. I’ve been slotted out of here since early January and the retirement has been known about for the last year. The ineptitude is appalling. I mean, good for the dude that got picked up out of here, but holy shit.
Negative.I thought one of the stipulations to be classified as a category 1 release is that the facility you are trying to ERR to (the gaining facility) has to be below 90% to target. So how did the person get released as cat 1 if Tampa is above that 90%?

Because you can bail at any moment up until your last day. That’s wack. They should count as a loss. I understand why they do, but whatever. What I really don’t understand is how I’m not counted as a committed outbound yet with an FOL I signed a month and a half ago.
Not LFT, it was NorCal, it was one name in the morning then magically a new name in the afternoon after a “dynamic decision” the union said “we rectified the issue”Anyone know about the LFT guy that was on the list, who wasn’t in the union, and then magically was replaced, through a dynamic decision, for a dues paying member?
The bigger and actual problem is how many times is this happening that no one knows about? Not LFT, it was NorCal, it was one name in the morning then magically a new name in the afternoon after a “dynamic decision” the union said “we rectified the issue”
If I’m the dude that was on the list released at the beginning of the day, there’s a certain phone number they should be calling that’s for sure.
Maybe the non members should form some type of group to protect their rights. But who needs that? The bigger and actual problem is how many times is this happening that no one knows about?
Respect your elders you bitch ass mf will be old too somedayOrganization tab on the NATCA site and then "Directory". You can go to any facility and see their members list and then click on people to see their history. Or you can search individual names and look people up.
Meh. I’m not pro natca. On a local level? Yeah. National? F*ck noMaybe the non members should form some type of group to protect their rights. But who needs that?
Yeah I would have loved for someone to be protecting the rights of my buddy permanently DQd after the clot shot. NATCA has become peer paid version of the agency. Did you collaborate this account with your sup first? Oh wait you’re probably on some boondoogle waiting for your zoom call bright and early at 11 am tomorrow.Maybe the non members should form some type of group to protect their rights. But who needs that?
So not being part of the club means you can’t get a job. And that said job doesn’t have a requirement for being in the club? So you’re choosing someone based off an affiliation? Man I swear that sounds like discrimination.Maybe the non members should form some type of group to protect their rights. But who needs that?
It's 100% discrimination. But it's completely legal 😉Man I swear that sounds like discrimination.
It’s in a nice area and really close to Lake Tahoe. It’s just expensive. Yes the Bay Area is nice outside of what you hear on the nutso tik toks. How is zoa actually, after seeing that it seems almost guranteed to get selected I’m thinking about putting in. I understand the area is expensive… how is the facility?
It’s on the NATCA website. Can anyone post the NCEPT selection here for those not at their facility? I don't have access to it from home. Thanks!
What are we? Some kind of union?Maybe the non members should form some type of group to protect their rights. But who needs that?
Coming to or from NorCal?Not LFT, it was NorCal, it was one name in the morning then magically a new name in the afternoon after a “dynamic decision” the union said “we rectified the issue”
