You can't pick or block selections from specific areas in Z's or TRACONs. NATCA would never allow this bc that would open the door to paying different areas different pay levels.
Their ERR was submitted after the deadline. No idea how they got selected in the first place

Considering we have one person on our books who the closest they've been to the facility in the last three years is via Zoom, would suggest that Article 114s do EVERYTHING on official time, not in their free time as you have suggested.
