February (Q2) 2025

Honestly i think being an OS might just be the best way to move. I think im going to head that route. Plus no natca dues is a pro.

The contract never came open under Biden and the agency isn't going to negotiate out of the goodness of their heart.
Really then why did NATCA endorse Biden and then Harris?
Too many of you think you're special. You arent.
Not at all, too many of you NATCA blowhards think you’re special and you aren’t. Y'all think you’re really doing something yet the status quo of this career field keeps getting shittier. And you want to bring up pay raises lmao, pretty sure NATCA special counsel had a class at ATX saying that we don’t need raises ya tard.
You voted for Nick you voted for Trump. Now reap what you sow.
Assuming we voted for certain people now? Oh ok
Oh and why do you think the union is pushing for a staffing increase so much?
Ummm gee idk maybe all the NATCA emails and public statements saying that the real fix to several of our issues is increasing staffing?? Which rock have you been under?

That’s what he’s referring to. We did try. We got exactly what we asked for. Paul’s extension had nothing to do with 114 details but keep hating inwards and making it worse.
“Rinaldi's decision to extend in 2021 was the dumbest move possible.”

Don’t just take it from me, bud.

Do you really need someone to explain to you why a union supported a democrat over a republican? I

And I know who you voted for because you can just put your name in the search bar and type Trump and see your dick sucking. Gj blocking your profile to try to make it harder you trump shill.

Once again, until you list the actual timelines required for a contract negotiation youre just spreading lies. You have to announce your negotiating months in advance, not just a day before. So sure we may have extended in 2021 but the negotiations had to be announced in 2020.

Want to know what I wouldn't want to be right now? A probationary employee of the federal government.
Technically supervisors undergo a probationary period but it’s not a typical probationary period; if you don’t complete a supervisory probationary period you return to your previous job in the government.

That said, how this administration chooses to handle this and what lawsuits they want to face are truly unknown.

You’re arguing with yourself. You replied to his post with the same point. One that everyone agrees with.

Really then why did NATCA endorse Biden and then Harris?
This can’t be a real question. Even after your favorite conman has already started the scorched earth project 2025 in motion?
We could have renegotiated under WeirdoCatLady.

You said I voted for Nick and Trump lmao, quite a retard take.

And okay, if we have to announce negotiations months in advance then why don’t we just do that and then if the incumbent isn’t who we ideally want, then just rescind the announcement and refuse to open the contract. The FAA says no to negotiations all the fucking time. Unless there’s something I’m missing here, national are a bunch of fucking clowns. We never should’ve gotten to this point.
