December (Q1) 2020

Has there been a new Facility Priority List published too?
Not yet. It'll be titled December. The good news is the Natl AOB is 82.0 which is a full 2% increase in the last 5 months or so. The agency will likely see this as an indication the temp rules are working as intended. But the higher that number climbs the more likely they are to ease up on movement restrictions.

So if a facility is showing possible gains but 0 in the NCEPT target column does that mean they are not picking anyone up?

Great. I give up.
Dude, I feel you. This process is beyond frustrating. What facility are you referring to? Not all of the rules are hard and fast. It's not impossible for a facility that shows 0 in the column in question to select if it's due to the projected staffing being above 85% or the trainee ratio being above 30% as those will be considered on a "case by case" basis.

I'm open to several facilities which I think might make things worse. I think they are hesitant to select folks with multiple ERRs for fear that that's not where they really want to be or to just use that facility to get somewhere else. Plus, I think the more seniority you have the worse your chances of being selected are.

I doubt facilities know the whereabouts of ERR’s you have in for.

Msp is projected 85% but current aob is well above that.

I agree with the seniority part. I’ve heard of facility FACREPs picking up low seniority ERRs to bump everyone at the facilities seniority and not wanting to pick up high seniority guys.

Regarding the first part—A certain facility has no idea how many ERRs or where you have ERRs in for. Only HR does.

I can't confirm it but I've heard that facilities can see all the ERRs you have in now which is messed up if its true.

if a facility can select, the ATM can see other facilities lists. Both ranked and unranked. They can 100% see where you have paperwork.

I had numerous FacReps and ATMs mention this during the last round proving that they can see. One said they “didn’t want to select me and ruin my chances for a preferred facility that might be a lower priority” They still ranked me high, but it could have cost me the position.

I agree this practice really hurts some people as they may really want to work in all those locations, but might get put low on the list as the FacRep or ATM feels they aren’t serious.

Each facility is allowed to select however they see fit. The seniority thing is likely an issue at certain places and was certainly an issue at certain places under the old system as well.
Any ATM with a list to rank will have access to all lists and can see your other ERRs if they choose to dig for them. They'd have to go through other facilities individually.

Can SCT pick anyone up?

0 to NCEPT target, 19 to national avg.

Awesome, my level 5 tower now has a 64% pass rate...we are so good here...

Seems that would indicate serious training issues with the training program. I can certainly see a level 5 being more difficult to grasp with some added complexity thrown in and harder to standardize things, but Reno does not have the volume to justify this.
