This is, honest to God, a serious question...

Is anyone considering any legal action with this ranking system? I kinda thought the whole point of NCEPT was to take the "good 'ol boy" system out, but this level five to level twelve nonsense is getting really old, really fast.

I would strongly advise y'all to reach out to the ATMs and FacReps for the facilities you really want to go to. Talk to them and give them a reason to remember your name. I promise it helps.

Also, I'm not trying to stir the pot or make anyone mad. Just trying to help. With the way the system is built, it's the way things need to be approached. Until the implement level cap jumps, I.e. three levels up from your current level, it'll most likely remain the same.
