They probably didn’t want him, high seniority? He’s making bank anyhow don’t feel sorry for him since he’s moved around a few times already.Anybody around Houston know if this clown ever got feedback from ORD? Whole buncha cryin then crickets…

The person ranked 21st for CLTAlright, out of places that even had 15 people they could rank, we have:
Facility Ranking of Person selected DFW1, 4, and 22 PCT 1 and 14 CLT 1 and 21 DEN 1 and 3 DAL 2 IAH 1, 3, 6, and 11 F11 1, 5, and 10 MCO 1 and 5 TPA Didn't get anyone
So every facility that had a ranking list 15+ long got their first choice at a minimum, except poor DAL and TPA. Fake news confirmed.
'Tis the beauty of being at a place where no one else wants to leave. Doesn't matter if the facility you want to go to doesn't want you, they're getting you with this new style of rules. The person ranked 21st for CLT
It also takes a lot of power away from those trying to get to their desired facility. As you can see, pretty much every facility is getting their number 1 choice. If you only kiss ass hard enough to get ranked number 3 instead of number 1, you're fucked unless you're at a place that no one wants to leave. The ATM having power is only bad if you aren't well liked or don't tour/network at your desired facility. It's actually an interesting point. The temporary rules for the last 2 panels have taken a huge amount of power away from the ATM ranking list. First step towards getting rid of ATM input entirely
The ATM having power is bad full stop. Let natca have more say if you're just going to make it a popularity contest anyway. ATMs are some of the most incompetent, bootlicking, corrupt people in the FAAThe ATM having power is only bad if you aren't well liked or don't tour/network at your desired facility.

I agree but it’s management rights so most of them aren’t just going to give it up entirely. The ATM having power is bad full stop. Let natca have more say if you're just going to make it a popularity contest anyway. ATMs are some of the most incompetent, bootlicking, corrupt people in the FAA
This makes no sense, the most recent format gives the rankings way more power than beforeIt's actually an interesting point. The temporary rules for the last 2 panels have taken a huge amount of power away from the ATM ranking list. First step towards getting rid of ATM input entirely

And Natca blowhards aren’t? 😂. Both ways are bad, but there isn’t a better alternative. I’ve seen FacReps push to get the hot chick from a level 4 picked up to their 12. I’ve seen ATMs hire just as poorly. The ATM having power is bad full stop. Let natca have more say if you're just going to make it a popularity contest anyway. What is your solution to staff A80, NCT, SCT, LAX, MIA etc... with 1 or 2 bodies per quarter? Please don't give me the cop out answer and say that ncept is not meant to staff places because when that is realistically the only means to get to a level 11 or 12 terminal facility, it is the only means they have to staff those facilities. This also makes no sense there’s now more facilities on the receiving end and more people getting to their desired facility.
ERRs have the least red tape but they still shouldn't be the method of staffing . The workforce helping the agency out with voluntary transfers instead of using bids is what kills incentives like move money, return rights etc. What is your solution to staff A80, NCT, SCT, LAX, MIA etc... with 1 or 2 bodies per quarter? You can’t. But LAX isn’t in that group. They were just way fat and are only in need now because of the amount of losses they just had. MIAs problem is they can’t certify anyone. A80 and NCT have very low demand. Also they sent A80 a million people with a special MOU and management just saw it as an opportunity to murder them with deviations. What is your solution to staff A80, NCT, SCT, LAX, MIA etc... with 1 or 2 bodies per quarter? Look at the list just a page earlier in this thread. DFW got a 22. PCT got a 14. CLT got a 21. IAH and F11 a 11 and a 10 respectively. That's managers getting people they really do not want shoved down their throats and I love everything about it. Yeah of course facilities are still getting their #1's but thats always been the case - they certainly didn't get any more power with the new rulesThis makes no sense, the most recent format gives the rankings way more power than before
AFTER they got someone at the top. Literally everyone got higher ranked people. Under the old rules the top 10 got their top guys and if you picked after 30 you either got number last or no one.Look at the list just a page earlier in this thread. DFW got a 22. PCT got a 14. So what's the solution in the mean time because ncept isn't going anywhere and the FAA is still going to suck at hiring new people. A80 has 29 ERRs, with only 2 eligible to release this panel. NCT has 17 on file, only 3 eligible. Even a country club like PCT only has 7 eligible. But with the new rules, A80 and NCT will most likely get 1 and PCT might get 2. So what rules can be made to give these places a chance to get a little staffing so they can try to keep their heads above water in the mean time? LAX is probably not as dire as some other places but regardless of the reason they're short now, it still needs to be addressed in the future. You can’t. But LAX isn’t in that group. The tracons need more people
Someone at POU has made some enemies. Ranked 99th on at least 2 lists. Manager went through the trouble to make sure they knew they didn’t want them.MJ updated ATM Ranking List with a new update entry:

Probably the same guy that put in for FAI and then declined it to block the rest of the facility from releasing someone.Someone at POU has made some enemies. Ranked 99th on at least 2 lists. Manager went through the trouble to make sure they knew they didn’t want them.
I think he finally retires this month or next. He is/was a real shitbag.Probably the same guy that put in for FAI and then declined it to block the rest of the facility from releasing someone.
