Yet there still many of us waiting at lower levels with very dim or no end or hope in sight. I'd hardly say that it's improving enough to be worthwhile.

Realistically if you extrapolate the data from the past panels, you'd be looking in the neighborhood of ~3,000 eligible ERRs from ~850 CPCs

Lower and higher levels. Seems the mid ranges are cashing in on this though. Most of the centers are still on lockdown for indefinite periods of time since it takes upwards of 3 years to train 1 person who then only counts for less than .5% of the CPC count and almost half will wash at many of the centers.

And thats before some of them wash on purpose to avoid getting stuck here. Cant prove thats been happening but its been rather obvious, but our last one that washed from the floor got offered FSS in Alaska or the door so maybe without a guaranteed tower they will think twice.

If only they would make it 84%.. I'm sure there are a lot of facilities out there, in the same boat as us, at 84.6 SMH

Or drop the current to 70 so we could release. Or get rid of it

They should lower the current. As long as we have trainees to reach 100%, 70% seems like a fair number. So many of us could move along.

Do the managers get the list of eligible errs on the 29 then have to have them returned in Friday the 1st?

Interesting, my facility has yet to be eligible to release anyone but would be nice to know if i would have been selected. Maybe a glimmer of hope rather a black hole of nothing.

If your facility is not eligible, your ERRs are not included in the manager's ranking list.

They can if they have access to the manager's ranking lists (I've heard of some facilities not having access if they do not have the ability to select anyone). It's not a sophisticated system. If your ATM has access to your facility list, they also have the ability to see everyone else's. Some managers submit lists early so your ATM could see how they ranked prior to the managers ranking list closing.

Yeah, its just one big database.

Ours may not have access due to not being able to select, and/or nobody having an ERR in to Flexington.
