What? Create different criteria for certain facilities? Who is this person?

The NCEPT group are making rounds to all of the facilities to talk with everyone about the process and answer questions. The group that came to my facility were a few of the POCs listed on the NCEPT KSN page.

Names please. So if it's true, people can let those idiots know it's not ok to show an arbitrary group of people preference (more than they already do). If they want to "see how it works", give me 5 minutes and the changes and I'll do a monte carlo simulation in excel. Apparently actually thinking through and testing is much harder than screwing with people's lives.
