I'm not really sure. Maybe only three put in for it.So they only took 3 when they were eligible for 8? Did they just not have any more eligibles than 3 or what?

similar to working at a lemonade stand then going on to working as an ER surgeonI don't want to rain on everyone's parade and have no tower experience so this is just a curiosity question, but what is the transition like from a level 5 tower to LAX? I have to imagine it's difficult...
So your saying there is a chancesimilar to working at a lemonade stand then going on to working as an ER surgeon

yes, I've worked at a 5 VFR tower that I felt is more difficult than other facilities I have been at, and have had multiple CTO's without ever washing out. It was a hyperbole, just saying 12 towers are much more difficult to work at that 5 towers. You understand some people at level 5s have multiple CTOs and never washed out of anywhere right?
Not all 12 towers are the sameI have a buddy at a 12 tower right now from a 5 tower. He says its apples and oranges, you really aren't doing the same work at all. That being said.... It isnt easy....
same with 5'sNot all 12 towers are the same
Can't wait to find out how difficult it is! Haha. These are all true statements. But LAX is not an easy 12
Well 500 times a day... cleared to land= 1 operation. Cleared for takeoff= 1 operation.Clear to land... repeat 1,000 times a day..

Interested about K90. Have paperwork there but prefer Texas. My release date would have been after the A90 consolidation so maybe they skipped me.
