3rd Quarter 2017

What happened for your facility? How accurate is the number at the end when you unhide the other columns that says possible losses?

Well the projected percentage went up from 87.7% to 87.9%. The total number of losses went down from 193 to 191.

We became 22/24 AOB... Still projected over 100%... Thats 91.7 percent. We should be getting 1 cat one release and 2 cat 2 releases, correct?

Are you still able to release? Or did your number decrease by 1?
I knew our number would remain the same. But the natl avg jumped higher than I expected in 6 days so we missed our 2nd release by a few tenths. Which I need because I'm married to a controller. But the biggest change was in other facilities. Facilities that are always high in priority and can now select different numbers of people because evidently they lost CPCs on fucking Saturday. Changing the coworker who would most likely get selected now. What are odds?

In the case of GEG shouldn't it be 5 instead of 4 if their number is -4.3? Just going off the example NATCA put out

According to the what NATCA said, we should be able to release 2. There is some unwritten rule that makes us eligible to only release 1, even though our column Y is -1.4.

We contacted our RVP and Roppo. They both confirmed it was accurate and told us about the "rule."

Brutal.

Yes, if by going by every allowable rule that is correct, but they only go by the PPT and they say you can release 4 so 4 are going. I can't even fathom the highs and lows your facility is going through. Could release 0 a few days ago to 4 now. Crazy!

Can you explain the rule

I'm seeing possible losses of 3 still... But yeah, the timing has been so insane especially since 2 of the 3 that certified want to leave and they certified after the ERR deadline. I'm hoping I get the 3-6 month release and just end my prime leave and start at a new facility!!!

I swear the first one I opened showed 4, you're right though 3 can be released 1 Cat 1 and 2 Cat 2, remember that Cat 2 releases have to happen "within 12 months", doesn't mean you can't negotiate a shorter one.

But depending on how much you like your coworkers, the longer you stay, the more chance you are helping someone else get out.
