You have a great shot at ZOB. They can pick 8 of 17 and I saw their list, is was not impressive. Plus by the time they draft some of those names will be crossed off. So you're still eligible by the tie ZOB picks you got a good shot even if you're ranked low.

I just mean the competition was low based strictly on current facility level. Which is fantastic news for someone trying to go to ZOB. It's been like that pretty much every round for ZOB. I wish I was so lucky.

I guess it is compared to the previous panels. However, this still is not a fair way to handle movement at all.

Oh I agree, worry not. I've been trying to move up since before NCEPT started and had no luck. I'll take what I can get at this point.

I don't want to burst anyone's bubble but I know for a fact they are starting to be very picky, especially when it comes to ARTCCs now taking low level terminal guys/gals. It used to be that they HAD to select everyone who was on their list, but I know there is some discretion now.

Some of the centers have a 85% - 90% success rates. I'm sure at those ones it doesn't matter where you are from.

If you told me that there were 110 sup selections and 42 controller moves, I wouldn't be surprised.
