IMG_4345.PNG Here they are. Only 77 selected. My facility staffing was 9/11, we couldn't release anyone. And we couldn't pick anyone up somehow.

Nothing like having to Google where facilities are of the people selected to ATL... Also, how in the hell did A80 slide down the priority list? We have 64CPCs (out of 102) and are losing another 5 by the end of the year with no one projected to certify by then!

Might want to edit and repost without names.

Also, seems like the program is already on the downward slope of getting people moved. Over 100 selected last time to 77 now...wonder what the number will end up for the December panel.

what happens if someone in my facility turns it down?

I've been wondering this as well...haven't seen/heard an answer either. I don't think it's addressed in the SOP either. The past two panels they've had TOLs turned down.

Anyone know if they go back and offer the "next man up" for a selection at either the gaining or losing facility?

I'd be pissed if only one person could get picked up at a facility and ended up turning it down while others had ERRs in for lower priority facilities & got skipped over.

I'm almost positive that they don't/won't go back and offer the next person a spot in that situation. More of a "too bad, better luck next time situation."

That's what I figured happens. Seems like there should be a "follow up round" when any TOLs are declined. It doesn't seem like it would be that much additional work with only a handful declining each panel so far. Plus, it would boost the numbers of accepted offers & get people flowing into lower staffed facilities (which is the point of the whole MOU, right?).

I don't understand how ZJX can pick up 3 (2 TLH, 1 ORL), but release 1 to ZDV.

This is the part that doesn't make sense to me.

My guess is the ZJX person going to ZDV may have been either TMU or in a staff specialist position so it wouldn't count towards ZJX's CPC staffing.

I dropped the instant the MOU came out. Just curious, why? I saw BOI got to let one guy go
There was a very narrow window (this panel) when we could let one person go before the retirements started. A newly certified transfer got the one spot. In and out, while the rest of us will wait for several more years.

I'm not even in the FAA (applied to the latest experience bid) and reading all of this will make me much more hesitant and selective about taking what they offer. I feel bad for everyone stuck at their facilities bc of this garbage mou.
