It’s every man for themselves lol. The only fucking over right now is bidding a high priority spot because where you want to go isn’t able to select. Then turning it down and blocking a co worker from being released. Other than that it’s a free for all. Kiss all the ass you can at your facility and the one you want to transfer to!

You say that but as posted above people will chase the money regardless, and then try and get home with a bigger check. Until people from academy are walking away from the job on selection day (en masse) in the agencies eyes it’s working fine.
People would bitch in your scenario because they decided to change facilities, but they are all full because the lifers were able to select them right out of academy. One of those things where you can’t make everyone happy.

When I saw one it said that the person washed out of facilities in the past.

Looks like the same person from ilg put in for a bunch of facilities and they have a comment next to every one and are at the bottom of the list to every one. So maybe thats it
