Enroute Class pass rate

I'm betting the 3 days off had something to do with it.

Some people had 1 eval Thurs afternoon, and then their 2nd run wasn't until first thing Monday morning

They were fucked over that on. The FAA didn't tell them Friday was officially a holiday (no evals) until 9pm Thursday.

I haven't been to the academy yet, so pardon my ignorance, but does having a gap between your evals really make that much of a difference. If you can really get that rusty over a weekend, it doesn't seem like you really knew your stuff to begin with. again, correct me if I have no clue what I'm talking about.

My class was quarantined 1 day prior to PAs. We came back 2 weeks right to where we left off, everyone passed... Our instructors kept saying classes do great after breaks, but eh ymmv imo.

It’s just a coincidence that every time there’s a gov shutdown of covid shutdown the pass rate goes way up?

I’m just speaking about what I saw that’s happening now during evals

It’s possible. I wouldn’t doubt it, there were still some pretty low runs for my class tho. Imo rolling overview was the difference for these high success rate classes regardless
