Not disagreeing here however the legal obstacles just for that local N90 bid were astronomical and economically unviable.
I mean I'm not really familiar with the legal issues with it....

I'm guessing the legal challenges were coming from controllers wanting to move up.....to which I'd say I doubt you are gonna face the same resistance on a bid for rapid city Iowa or Lake Charles Louisiana.

There’s gotta at least be a better way to not make people sit at a black hole for 1/3 of their career before getting “priority” that’s good for nothing and still won’t get them out. I understand 5yrs but 8? Insanity.

Thanks NATCA

They’re all wrong. If the NAS ever got 100% staffed we’d all work like 2 hours a day.

But of course our facility isnt staffed bad enough to pick anyone up.
There’s a problem with perspective here.
What makes you think you know enough about all the facility’s targets? It’s more common for a facility to want to raise their number because it’s too low. Because 100% is still short.

I understand you had to wait to certify, but nearly 10k people worked 5 days out of every ten but were paid as if they worked a normal schedule.

If you think asking for more out of our contract after that would go well. You are incredibly unreasonable.
Man I miss the COVId schedule. We got away with 5 on 5 off for like 15 months. We need to bring that back

It says they should be sent out within two weeks. If you don't get it, start making phone calls. I did, and ended up getting it within an hour of my call.

Email. It will probably be best to check both your work and personal email. I used my personal email on my paperwork but my TOL/FOL ended up going to my work email
On the November panel Northwest Mountain Region called me and asked what email I wanted it sent to.

I never got a call. I was looking for it in my personal and it was in my work email. I’m also working with a different region than you are

I got picked in nov with no PAC contributions

Because it literally doesn’t matter. The actual selecting official has no access to that info.

Like I said I don't think it's a thing anymore. The way it was being done a while ago was the FACREP was ranking people based on contributions. I'm not saying if you didn't donate you didn't get picked up, I'm saying if you did donate you would get ranked higher. This wasn't a conspiracy this was put out by an RVP on a FACREP phone call. Thankfully some FACREPs had enough common sense to not do it but a few 100% did what they were told.

must be nice. we got maybe 4 months and then right back to 6 day weeks. still doing that actually...
But, but what about social distancing? What about stay home and save a life? I feel like a murderer showing up to work knowing I could infect someone. We should go back to 5/5
