Dear NATCA Member,
This is the final reminder to register to vote electronically in the 2018 NATCA National Election. The deadline to pre-register to vote electronically is Monday, June 25. There will be an election for President, Executive Vice President, New England RVP, Western Pacific RVP, and Region X RVP. The candidates are:
President - Paul Rinaldi and Bryan Zilonis
Executive Vice President – Trish Gilbert and Dave Riley
New England RVP – Mick Devine and Mike “Robey” Robicheau
Western Pacific RVP – Scott Conde and Joel Ortiz
Region X RVP – Curt Howe and Patrick Massie
Members are encouraged to pre-register to vote electronically. Members who pre-register to vote electronically will not receive mail ballots, which will greatly reduce NATCA’s printing and postage costs for this election. If you have already pre-registered to vote electronically, thank you.
IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY REGISTERED TO VOTE ELECTRONICALLY, PLEASE VISIT THE GES REGISTRATION SITE AND COMPLETE THE NECESSARY STEPS BEFORE JUNE 25.
If you pre-register to vote electronically, you will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration. You will also receive an email from GES on June 25, 2018 when electronic balloting opens. If you do not pre-register to vote electronically, you will receive a mail ballot package. However, you may still vote electronically using the GES registration site. If you cast an electronic ballot and a mail ballot, only the electronic ballot will be counted.
The GES registration site will close at 5:00 pm EDT on Sunday, July 29, 2018. For those who registered to vote electronically by this deadline, electronic voting will close at 11:59 pm EDT on Monday, July 30, 2018. If you have any problems with the registration or electronic voting process, please contact the GES Helpdesk at 1-800-864-1263 or [email protected].
