Not really sure what the point is of posting that thread here. I’ve already been active there. He didn’t answer my question in that thread so that’s why I’m here.
That claim you were referring to was back in April. I’m sure if that was the original plan it probably changed. I don’t think anyone knows exactly what the plan is besides that the new CRWG numbers will be in effect.

Nah, right now it's all up in the air. I would be upset if they tried implementing the CRWG this late into the cycle. They need to be more transparent. Even the NCEPT Reps aren't 100% sure what's gonna happen, it's all high up.
The week extension on the NCEPT all but ensures they can get the numbers in this panel.

From NATCA email:

"We are in the final stages of an agreement with the Agency for implementation of the CRWG. We want to ensure that all representatives and members are briefed accordingly on the changes associated with the CRWG and what will take place during our first NCEPT panel. With that said, we will be moving the panel from May 14th to May 21st. We will announce the briefing schedule shortly."

Gosh I hope they don’t bone the facilities that we’re going to release with the old rules.

In a perfect world, the CRWG means every facility is low staffed and thus no transfers, so they just say fuck it and allow more transfers than they normally would. Why block transfers due to low staffing if all facilities immediately become lower staffed on paper?
