If you publish the rules of the NCEPT and follow them, then ok. But I can see why people get super angry about NCEPT when they don’t even follow the said rules they even publish.

Hey I appreciate it! And yeah, even tho I got selected, I know there are dozens that didn’t but should have and it’s infuriating. ALO alone should’ve released someone round 2 but they have to wait until May now. And who knows what rules they’ll use then.
 
Ok so hopefully I don’t get too much back lash on this, but here goes anyways.(Just trying to understand all this)
JAX numbers according to the last PPT should have been able to gain round 1.
Cpc to target 74.5% check
Projected 79.9% check
Trainee ratio 25.5% check
They checked all boxes except they appear to have gained 2 people from level 4 towers following round 2 requirements.

Am I missing something or is this just one of those too bad move on things?

Isn’t JAX a level 9? If anything they were the ideal candidate for the new round 2 rules given how low their projected staffing is. Plus releases in round 2 are from level 4-7 towers. I don’t see the problem

Yes I understand they can gain round 2, but what about the people trying to get there in round 1? Im just trying to understand why no one got there via round 1 when numbers say they can??

Ah i see. They were definitely eligible round 1. Not sure why they decided to qualify the STT and MBS pickups as round 2 because they were both eligible for round 1 releases as well. Are you sure your facility was eligible to release round 1?

Yea my facility was eligible to release 1, per the numbers. I even got calls from 3 different facilities to my OM and FacRep. I don’t know what happened.

Facilities with less than 100 controllers had a cap of 2 selections this panel so if I had to guess I'd say you were below the STT and MBS controllers on the ATM ranking list. That's the only thing I can think of

Ok yea I appreciate your reply and I guess that could have happened if I didn’t talk to her.(The ATM) and was told differently.
 
Can anyone tell me a good reason why a facility with multiple releases wouldn’t release but one? Also the union rep fielding calls for the ranking list had a bid out and got picked up, is that even allowed and is it as shady as it looks to me or is that common place?

Releases only mean you’re available. Hundreds of people don’t get selected.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking hopefully that’s not the case it’s just weird the last three panels we’ve been able to release and nobody has gotten out wonder if it’s because they want to keep us because we know how to work masters lmao

Of course it should be applauded. Good for them. I just think it’s unfortunate they’re leaving barely alive Flint tower just to end up at the most isolated facility in the NAS
