There’s tons of facilities every panel that want to skip and not pick someone. They’re not allowed to because facilities don’t pick HQ does.

Why exactly do you feel the need to jump into numerous threads and be an asshole? You can and have been informative on a lot of different topics. Why not leave it at that and give meaningful contribution to this community rather than acting like a pompous tool bag time and time again? Are you just that miserable?

FWIW, you claim the guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about, when he used to be at the facility in question, likely still has numerous contacts there and seems to have a good eye on their numbers both before and after this panel. I see no reason why you started and are still berating him for what he said (which for the record began with a question of why the one person in particular wasn’t selected)…

It’s a great facility if you want 6 day work weeks for life working stupidly busy traffic with missed meal breaks and weak ass union representation especially while you’re in training. Staffing triggers multiple times a week you’re probably better off at ZFW my friend but you do you!

That’s anywhere though. My facility is the same.
I’m stuck at my facility anyway. I been trying to leave for 8 years. I gave up and made my current location home, not that I had a choice lol
