Why didn’t SAT pick anyone? 24th in priority with staffing in the 70’s. 4 people were releasable to there and I know for a fact at least 1 was still available when it should’ve been their turn to pick.

Unless you listed the facility that you say was releasable then no one can tell you

I know for a fact at least 1 should’ve been available to be released when it was their turn.
