A bit off topic, but if your facility's staffing number is too high is there anything you can do about it or can only management and the union rep change it?
Anyone who turns down a FOL now is nuts, that game worked in prior years if you were at a overstaffed place (about 4% of facilities) continuously releasing people but now we don’t even know what the true release criteria is, and dynamic decisions might blacklist you if you turn down a offer.
