I heard that June 13 was a deadline for submitted ppwk or a meeting.... does anyone know?

Nothing has been posted or put out for any forthcoming dates in regards to NCEPT panels/deadlines.

A bit off topic, but if your facility's staffing number is too high is there anything you can do about it or can only management and the union rep change it?

In June '18 they increased 17 facility's target numbers for a total increase of 113 CPCs. This is the only time I'm aware of that they moved targets.

Ours definitely increased in the past 5 years before that. It shouldn't have though.

Anyone who turns down a FOL now is nuts, that game worked in prior years if you were at a overstaffed place (about 4% of facilities) continuously releasing people but now we don’t even know what the true release criteria is, and dynamic decisions might blacklist you if you turn down a offer.

The next NCEPT is TBD and changing the quarterly schedule has not been negotiated yet.
