This just keeps getting demoralizing. I get to see another newbie who I trained leave before I do. If it happens again I'm done training.
 
For everyone doing the PAC thing, I'm at 60 per pay period and my name hasn't been on an NCEPT list yet. 4 cycles in a row no one has left, 24 facility requests in, most could pick up. So, do more than 60 per PP. ?

It’s in your job description that you will train bro, especially with “the initiative”. Plus NATCA will love to tell that “transparency” will show the place the other guy put into had a bigger need and needed him more. I know it sucks but expect to hear the company line answers if you resist training or question the panel.

You must really be a dick and hated across regions. I kid, I kid, lol, I don’t know what’s going on, I’m shocked you were not picked yet.

I get it, but what are they going to do, fire me? At this point I don't think I would care. Maybe if more people refused to train they'd start paying attention to people's frustrations and see how ridiculous this whole process is.
