3rd Quarter 2017

Can anyone please explain what columns I’m looking at to determine releases or possible gains? Once I finally got a grasp on the spreadsheet and how to interpret it, they changed it. TIA!

I'm not an expert, but the main columns that should concern you is (G) Target, (H) CPC onboard (M) trainees, and anything between T-W (outbounds) with the main column X showing you the percentage to 100% staffing your facility is.. The closer that is to 100 the better. Once the PPT comes out and shows you the updated loss/gain per facility is really the important stuff if you're trying to get out.

I think this is correct. List seems exact same as a month ago. Don't think it was updated.

It's not updated. It think my facility can release 2 now and it still shows us at 0.

Speaking of which, does anyone know when the priority list will be updated?

It was updated my facility changed. In the second to last column if there is a zero does that mean we can realease someone?

If you are talking about the "Priority Placement Tool" (PPT), then yes, that has been updated. If you are talking about the "Monthly Facility Status and Priority List," then it has not

So what column exactly should I be looking at to see if we are a cat 1 or 2? i know the MOU says current CPC and projected AOB be greater than the national average but where can i find the current and projected CPC AOB number? Maybe im just looking in the wrong columns?

I'd just wait until the Monthly Facility Status and Priority List is published like stated earlier. That tells you everything you want to know about category, how many you can release, and how many your wanted facility can gain. That is what I am waiting for. Is much easier to comprehend, no guessing with it.

yeah that huge powerpoint is kinda hard to comprehend and far as which numbers are important to those of us trying to move around just who knows when theyll post the facility priority list youre talking about with the cat 1 and 2 info and rankings

so my facility had 2 certifications that would put us at 21 of 24... PPT from today still shows 19/24. the certs happened last week and monday. so we arent going to get a release or 2 if they use these PPT numbers which are incorrect... does this sound like a grievance?

This is an in house SWB issue. Your ATM should have updated your CPC numbers before today. There has to be a legit grievance here. Guessing.

All of the information is accessible on the PPT. With the exception of priority list that is used like a draft order for selections. Everything else is in the PPT. There are tons of hidden columns on the right. Categories listed (125 are able to release atleast 1). I believe the inbounds needed to meet target or inbounds needed to meet avg is how many they can select

This happened to us last panel. ATM screwed us with the staffing work book

ATM was aware of the certifications. just spoke with my rep, and he spoke with CLT rep... they were not put into the SWB.

I want to see it in the draft order to see where my wanted facilities are ranked. Plus I am not at work until tomorrow so unless someone puts it up on here I won't see that or the PPT

This is where having someone that knows what they're doing is vitally important. The moment a certification happens, I call or go directly into my ATM's office and make sure it's updated. If I were you, I would fight like hell over the next few days. Similar thing happened last panel then they released an updated PPT 2 days later.

Moving how? Higher (please god no) or lower?
Theoretically the projected national average *should* remain the same because they used the average of all like type facilities. Individually, it will help/hurt certain facilities. There are some facilities who couldn't even tell you the last time they washed somebody out who are sitting at 70-80% who will get a huge projected bump then there's other facilities like A80 who's check out rate is closer to 25-40% which (you'd think) would make their staffing situation look that much dire and propel them closer to the top.
