It can't really be all that common since there have only been several declines through each panel

Just for reference the only people that are counted as declined are the ones who initially decline their TOL. For those that sign a TOL with no intention of actually going, they have just up until the next panel to decline their FOL. These a**holes are never counted as declined on the NCEPT page and I'll let you take a wild guess as to how I know this...

If you turn down an offer, you should'nt be allowed to put another one in for a year, and you pay the person(s) you block half of your salary.

There are talks right now at NATCA upper levels to fix this. One year without bids if you turn one down seems to be the consensus.

So let me get this straight.. per the MOU... if current CPC (column K on PPT) and projected AOB (column X) are greater than national CPC AOB average (column K) which shows 82.2% then we should be able to release folks?

Current AOB above the AOB average, and projected AOB above the projected average which is 89.9

Thanks! Where are you finding the 89.9 is that the column X at the top that shows 87.9 or am I possibly looking at an old one

Yeah my bad I meant 87.9. Up from 87.7 as of this week

Dude all the time, I have the worse feeling that someone at my facility is a sleeper I don't know about that has in for LAX N90 or anywhere above me lol. 10 days!!

Anyone know if we are able to access manager ranking list once published tomorrow? I was thinking about requesting to join the members only part on KSN and seeing if that would allow me to see them or even if I'd get accepted lol.

We've got 3 known for LAX. I wouldn't be worried about N90 since it's bid only

I've thought about trying that multiple times, let me know how that goes, haha.
We used to be able to see the manager's ranking list, once they went to the new members only format it isn't publicly available.

I'd feel awesome if my facility could let 3 go like you guys. For me it really comes down to if someone who has absolutely no chance of certifying put in for LAX.

We can't release anyone right now so it doesn't matter, but I would imagine that a lot of those LAX slots get filled
