What’s the grievance? That would be a fun grievance. Someone would have to spill the beans and keep elevating until it’s won and you get priority placement next panel.

There isn’t oneWhat’s the grievance?
You can’t grieve not getting selected, you can only grieve being improperly excluded from considerationThat would be a fun grievance. Someone would have to spill the beans and keep elevating until it’s won and you get priority placement next panel.
Sending some emails out it wouldn’t be hard to catch someone up with nepotism. You can’t grieve not getting selected, you can only grieve being improperly excluded from consideration
It’s non competitive they can rank however they want. And the local doesn’t even make the selection the DO at HQ does.Sending some emails out it wouldn’t be hard to catch someone up with nepotism.
When it’s blatant someone else has more experience and they got selected over someone else if both from same facility and both had applications into same facility.
I hear what you’re saying. But it the specific situation that started this. Immediately the person not selected with more experience would be like WTF. And then a FOIA request of rankings would be uncovered and then some emails and calls would put the story together along with know facts beforehand of who knows who. Nepotism wouldn’t be hard to prove. It’s non competitive they can rank however they want. And the local doesn’t even make the selection the DO at HQ does.
The FAA has its own strict policies on anti nepotism, I don’t think any ATM wanna go down that road if they suspect aIt’s non competitive they can rank however they want. And the local doesn’t even make the selection the DO at HQ does.
It’s not the hr deadline it says facilityWith the way the NCEPT timeline is, it shows:
- Monday, 20 January–Facilities shall update SWB
- Must be completed by 8:30 am EST With today being a Holiday, Did they actually accomplish this? Are the regional HR people even working today?
Good catch, I'm a dumbass. We can now move on from this thanks. It’s not the hr deadline it says facility
That's too obvious, I recommended my trainee two weeks prior. Less suspicious. 😂Ah yes, January 19th must have been national "VFR tower checkout day" 🤌
A decent theory anyway, I’d be curious how that would stack up against the decision lens agreement and slate book if it happened lol.I hear what you’re saying. Hey I know so and so rank them high or a relative situation. Especially if the real life experience is vastly different.
They are separateWill there be a NEST panel following NCEPT? Are they completely separate?
There’s no recourse for suspicious. Until they change the release policy, the whole “make sure you pencil whip dumbfuck’s cert before Friday so one of us can leave” fuckery will not go away. That's too obvious, I recommended my trainee two weeks prior. Less suspicious. 😂

Always has beenJust me or is this their way of saying no one will be moving? When I download the PPT it has 0s in the gains and losses for every facility…
