Sending some emails out it wouldn’t be hard to catch someone up with nepotism.

It’s non competitive they can rank however they want. And the local doesn’t even make the selection the DO at HQ does.

I hear what you’re saying. But it the specific situation that started this. Immediately the person not selected with more experience would be like WTF. And then a FOIA request of rankings would be uncovered and then some emails and calls would put the story together along with know facts beforehand of who knows who. Nepotism wouldn’t be hard to prove.

    • Must be completed by 8:30 am EST With today being a Holiday, Did they actually accomplish this? Are the regional HR people even working today?

A decent theory anyway, I’d be curious how that would stack up against the decision lens agreement and slate book if it happened lol.

To add context, yes I have several years of experience as a CPC over this person and have .mil experience (not that that’s considered but ATC was not new to me upon certification) the other person just certified last month and was an OTS academy grad. I wouldn’t think any ATM or facrep worth his/her salt would rank someone like that higher than someone with more experience overall (aka nepotism) but I’ve been wrong many times with this screwball agency/union.

There’s no recourse for suspicious. Until they change the release policy, the whole “make sure you pencil whip dumbfuck’s cert before Friday so one of us can leave” fuckery will not go away.
 
Just me or is this their way of saying no one will be moving? When I download the PPT it has 0s in the gains and losses for every facility…
