Is Fax the only way to submit a package? Seems crazy but is the only number I see. There isn't an email? lol
Yeah fax is the method. Is Fax the only way to submit a package? Seems crazy but is the only number I see. There isn't an email? lol
Sadly still only fax. Just one of the numerous other ways NCEPT could be improved. You can email the receiving region to verify they got everything thoughIs Fax the only way to submit a package? Seems crazy but is the only number I see. There isn't an email? lol
Some regions let you email. You can email the HR rep for the region your paperwork is going to and ask if they want fax or if you can email. I emailed all of mine.Is Fax the only way to submit a package? Seems crazy but is the only number I see. There isn't an email? lol

There's an ERR generator on here that plenty of people have used. I'm sure it still uses the -42.Anyone know if they got rid of the requirement for form 3330-42, the request for promotion consideration and acknowledge? The faa website said the document has been canceled as of 1-2-25 and they didn't replace it with another one. Anyone have luck finding it recently? Thanks!
You can email your package to all regions. The NCEPT POCs are listed on the KSN site and I think on the NATCA NCEPT page.Is Fax the only way to submit a package? Seems crazy but is the only number I see. There isn't an email? lol
The language is ‘per Agency directives outlined in the HRPM.’ Also HR has been work from home for 5 years now so fax just gets fwd to email anyway. But things are rarely standardized across all regions even though the language is often standardized across all regions. You can email your package to all regions. I have emailed each region a package in the past and gotten a screenshot confirmation of the package being submitted so I'm not sure why everyone says it has to be faxed
Gotcha, I didn't realize it was written out that you're supposed to fax. Definitely seems a bit dated. But like I said I haven't had any issues just emailing the package to the proper POC for whichever region, but I also ensure I get a confirmation from themThe language is ‘per Agency directives outlined in the HRPM.’ Also HR has been work from home for 5 years now so fax just gets fwd to email anyway. They kept the rules the same, they just got rid of the previous "round 1's" in which it was "Gains to PNA". So now Round 2 and 3 moved up to Round 1 and 2.Has the rule about gaining facility being less than 90% project to target been around for awhile or is that new?

It’s all about rankings, the submission date doesn’t matter. So yeah, they could be picked over you unfortunatelyIf someone in my facility has ERRs filed to two of the same facilities as myself and they just CPC’d a few months ago, could they get selected before me if ranked higher on a manager ranking list or does my original submission date take precedence?
That would be a fun grievance. Someone would have to spill the beans and keep elevating until it’s won and you get priority placement next panel. It’s all about rankings, the submission date doesn’t matter. So yeah, they could be picked over you unfortunately
How so? It’s not competitive and it’s not career progression. It’s a lateral move in the eyes of the agency so they don’t have to provide justification for their selection order. That would be a fun grievance.
