It’s my previous facility and a dude got picked up by a place further down the priority list than SAT dickbreath. Must’ve been some classic dynamic changes.

Was the other facility that the guy was selected for a MOU facility?

Oh I bet you're talking about ISP and that's cause your boy to SAT let his paperwork lapse and never re-filed

I mean if you are indeed talking about ISP that's exactly what happened cause I know the guy that had paperwork into SAT

I know for a fact at least 1 should’ve been available to be released when it was their turn.

There’s tons of facilities every panel that want to skip and not pick someone. They’re not allowed to because facilities don’t pick HQ does.

I do know for a fact that "his friend" at ISP couldn't be bothered to update his paperwork to SAT, cause he was busy working on a hardship, and it fell out, and someone else got picked up from a much lower priority facility. Then he tried to get his paperwork put in a couple weeks after the deadline once he realized and HR told him no.

Seems like too much of a coincidence that I know of that specific situation to not be what he's talking about 🤷‍♂️

The decision making makes no sense for those facilities to have a priority MOU. Look at the ncept priority list and sort it by number of gains and look at the facilities that actually need bodies.

Same for the rolling bids on usajobs. C90 still having one instead of NCT or SCT makes no sense
