Why have I seen these ranking lists with all the selections names visible? Was the non-redacted list on the NATCA site at some point? I swear I’ve seen full lists with names present because I’ve text friends congrats on the selection even though my shit hole will never release.

Is that not by ranking order? Or are these two different lists?
The FOIA for the ATM ranking list is "pre" NCEPT Panel, then the selection list comes after with the names of who was selected. During the panel, selections happen that take people off lists (Like facilities releasing one and then dropping current to below 85%) and everyone from that facilities name will drop from all other ATM ranking lists. Thats how some ATM lists have people ranked lower but they end up getting selected
